Abilene Christian Wildcats at Texas Tech Red Raiders

The only thing that kept Texas Tech out of some serious national title conversations last year was their quarterback or lack thereof. Today they'll start Will Hammond and hope that he's their guy, but Thomas Castellanos is looming. The real story in Lubbock is on the other side of the ball with a back seven that rivals any in the nation. Not much of a challenge today, but #23 Houston comes calling in two weeks. By then we'll know a lot more about Tech, but today, know they'll beat ACU handily.
